Between 17:56 and 18:24 UTC on June 25, 2024 an anti-phishing engine in our North American and Australian environments experienced a service disruption. Customer emails continued to be scanned by other engines in our system during this time, but the disruption may have led to a temporary reduction in detection efficacy. The root cause of the outage has been identified and will be fixed as soon as possible. A temporary solution is in place and full service functionality has been restored.
