On August 11, an intermittent issue with one of our anti-spam processors caused up to 50% of messages in the European region to not be fully scanned for spam detection. As of August 14, mitigation is in place for this issue and we are working to identify the root cause. Our other anti-spam services were available during this time. There was no impact on message processing in the North American region.
