A public cloud offering technology issue is currently affecting some Email Threat Defense systems, resulting in intermittent impacts to our ability to process email content. Cisco is actively working with the vendor to resolve the issue, and we appreciate your patience during this time.
We recommend that you advise your email users to exercise extra caution when opening emails and interacting with links or attachments while this outage is ongoing.
